No. We always move in a pace that fits your body. Running therapy is not about performance but about awareness, rhythm and gentle movement. Even a slow, steady jog or mindful walk can be enough.

Do I need to be able to run to start this program?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You don’t need special gear. If you have running shoes, that’s helpful, but not required.

What do I bring to a session?

You’re welcome exactly as you are. Running therapy is designed to meet you in your current state and help you build rhythm, awareness and clarity in a sustainable way.

What if I’m dealing with stress, burnout or low energy?

Yes. Running therapy is very accessible. You don’t need any background in coaching, therapy or fitness to begin.

Can I join if I have no experience with therapy or coaching?

We take time to talk about what you’re experiencing, how your body feels and what you need right now. Together we explore whether running therapy is the right fit for you.
